PROPER USE
At Paper Crush Design we strive for the highest quality standards, and we hope that the product(s) you have purchased brings you satisfaction. The content in of the digital kits sold on Paper Crush is the property of Kim Hurst and the respective brand, and it is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. It is provided to you for your own personal use.
Personal Use Only. Accordingly, you agree that you will not copy, reproduce, alter, modify, create derivative works, or publicly display any content from our products/designs except for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may post creations made with the kit onto public galleries or your personal blog, or submit creations to magazines or online publications, provided that the author and the kit name are properly attributed in the list of supplies.
No Redistribution. You may not reproduce, repackage, or redistribute any of the content on Paper Crush Design, in whole or in part, for any reason.
No Commercial Use. The products/designs may not be used for commercial purposes. For example, you may not do any of the following: use the product/design to sell a product or service; use the product/design to increase traffic to your Web site for commercial reasons, such as advertising sales. Any use of the product/design that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of Paper Crush Design.com, or that is for commercial purposes will be investigated, and the owner shall have the right to take appropriate civil and criminal legal action.
Modifications of Terms
Paper Crush Design shall have the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time, which modification shall be effective immediately and shall replace all prior Agreements.

- Please note that you are purchasing the customized template only. All fonts, images, and elements used in our templates are available on Canva.com. Any images and fonts used are properties of Canva and available for use with a free Canva account. Premium images and fonts will be identified at point of purchase, and may require a premium account for use with Canva. One Canva account owned or managed by the licensee is required to use designs/templates purchased from Paper Crush Design.com.
